NOTE: A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be obtained before the return, either by phone or email, and the RMA number must be prominently marked on the package.

Our goal is to have happy customers. If you have any problems, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items sold as new must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Items that cannot be resold as new for any reason are subject to a 35% fee.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
* Ammunition
* Primers
* Gunpowder

Special Items:
New Firearms – Can only be returned if we shipped it and made an error (listed the wrong caliber, sent the wrong gun, etc.). If there are defects in the firearm, it is the manufacturer’s problem. We can assist you, but you need to deal with them. The firearm must be returned unfired with all packaging, manuals, etc. intact. If you picked up locally, it was your responsibility to verify everything was correct.
Used Firearms – Can only be returned if we shipped it and made an error(listed the wrong caliber, sent the wrong gun, etc.) The firearm must be returned unfired with all packaging, manuals, etc. intact. If you picked up locally, it was your responsibility to verify everything was correct.
Training – Any training purchased can be fully refunded for up to 30 days or 24 hours before the start of the training, whichever comes first. Any training can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time.

To complete your return, we require an RMA number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, mail it to: 29476 Northwestern Hwy, Suite 678, Southfield, MI 48034.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
